Cinnamon or cinnamon is a 5-6 m evergreen tree. native to Ceylon, Malaysia, India and tropical Asia. It has a characteristic red-brown bark, very fragrant. It has a very thin thickness, high fragility, smooth surface and darker color on the inside. The essential oil is obtained from the bark of the branches, about three years old, which is rolled up as a result of drying. The leaves are leathery, opposite, ovate, about a dozen centimeters long on average; when young they have a reddish color, which becomes pale green when adult. The flowers are small, white, very aromatic and gathered in inflorescences carried at the apex or axil of the leaves. The fruit is a purple berry containing a single seed.

How to use
Aromatic: Add three or four drops to a diffuser.
Topical: For the massage, dilute 5 drops with 10 ml of oil dōTERRA Fractional Coconut Vector.
