Cypress essential oil is obtained from an evergreen tree (Cupressus sempervirens), a plant with a characteristic tapered shape belonging to the Cupressaceae family.
This tree, also told in Ovid's Metamorphoses, can reach up to 40 meters in height having a rather rapid growth and tends to live for a long time. The oil obtained from it is mainly composed of monoterpenes and has a reduced percentage of cedrol.

How to use
Diffusion: Pour 3-4 drops into the essential oil diffuser to convey serenity . Pour 5-6 drops in case of cough or respiratory problems.
