HOW TO USE

Internal use: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid.
Topical use: For massage, add 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil.
For the bath, mix 8 drops with epsom salt and add to the water
To perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil.
